2. In the Notes section of your application, include the full address of the property you are applying for. Without it we cannot match your application to a home.
3. The application fee is $40 per applicant.

The application form is hosted by AppFolio, our property management system. You'll notice the listing it opens against is a placeholder record — that's expected. The address you enter in the Notes is what we go by.
